Important Information
Construction Notice
- There is construction in the area about 0.5 mile away. Construction noises may be heard Monday through Saturday, 7am-7pm.
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person must sign the agreement and be one of the guests staying at the property for the reserved dates.
Property Access
- The unit is located on the lower level of the building at the end of the road.
- Sixteen steps down lead to the entrance.
Policies and Rules
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (November–March). Travelers visiting during winter should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may be required in snow. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Fees and Payments
- Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31–59 days before arrival receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Parking Information
- Curbside parking for up to two cars maximum.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Well-stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking basics. "Starter set" of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. Enough for one or two nights.
- Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.
- The living room features a gas fireplace with wall remote, a large screen TV with cable, and a sleeper sofa.
- The kitchen includes granite counters, a drip coffee maker, and stainless steel appliances.
- Washer and dryer provided.
